1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Signlia's e-ink display management platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Signlia provides a cloud-based platform for managing e-ink displays, including but not limited to:

• E-ink label and display management
• Meeting room display scheduling
• Calendar integration services
• Template design and deployment

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be authorized by your organization's administrator
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit any malicious code or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Signlia and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Content you create using the Service (such as templates and configurations) remains your property. You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signlia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signlia, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
